Entry Fees & Forms

Entry fees will be $25 for each non-Championship event and $40 for the
Championship event.
For ages ages 8-11 the entry fee for non-championship event is $15 and $25 for
the Championship event.

A one time annual tour administration fee of $25 must also be paid. 

Entry fees must be paid in full no later than 5 days prior to each event. Late entries
are not guaranteed registration if an event is full.  Events are  limited to the first 80
paid entries (60 paid entries for the championship). Cancellations less than 24
hours before an event or no shows will not be given a refund.

Attention all players must have the 4 (four) required forms, listed below, on file with complete signatures prior to playing in any events.
